Keep Going you are Doing Great

Hello and welcome to this week’s Blog/newsletter.  Now deeper down the journey of change I am sure you are really gaining momentum from those small steps by now.  I hope you are feeling the motivation and lightness that change can bring.

Thank you to everyone who is emailing and letting me know of your progress and positive vibes from the changes. (if you would like to email me or ask questions - admin@alligarison.com)

There are plenty of old sayings that remind us of why we may want change, things like “Old habits = Old results.” It is true, if you have more of the same input you are going to gain more of the same results.

Another I personally believe is, the diet that created and nurtured the dis-ease (fatigue, bloating, soreness, tension) in the body can not be the same diet/lifestyle that removes it.  This is a big personal motivation.  If I do not feel free, light and energetic in my body, I know I am making the wrong choices.  I am never critical of myself but I am accountable.

Unfortunately, society looks at age as the excuse that many find themselves feeling unwell, tired, stiff or anxious to name just a few.  When we scratch the surface, sit with ourselves and listen to our body and our inner dialogue we often become aware of the choices that are hindering health we long for.

Yes, it is true, as our bodies age we can have systems not running as efficiently as we’d like, but that comes down to what fuel and environment we are maintaining.

Positive influence and change begins with the awareness that you want change.  The rest is keeping motivation, consistency and open, honest dialogue with yourself.  As previously mentioned in other newsletters, sometimes we set the barre too high.  Other times we think everything else is more important.  But really what can be more important than your physical, mental and emotional health?  Often we do not realise how precious it is until it has been compromised or gone.  There’s a lot to be said for “prevention is better than cure.”

So stay motivated, you are worth it and imagine how much easier each week will become as you begin to feel lighter, healthier, happier and have more energy.  Whether the 3 things you chose were diet/lifestyle or mindset/emotionally related, keep going, you are doing great.

If you need any extra support or motivation that is what I am here happy to walk beside you.

Have a beautiful week, shining bright.
