The Little Things Hold the Greatest Impact

In response to the many emails of thanks I received for my e-book I thought I would share a discussion that happens many times during my chats with women around the world.

Often we think creating change is huge.  We create a sub-conscious block that change is all too big and keep putting it off for a better day, when we have more time.

That was the motivation behind my e-book, that many women I had spoken to over the years felt that way, that it was hard, costly and unachievable.  I wanted to share that creating positive change in your health doesn’t have to cost the earth, take hours out of your day or be hard.

The little things you do each day create the greatest impact.  This is a fundamental teaching of life, but do we live it?  How you speak each day to yourself, creates recurring patterns in your subconscious.  Is it positive self-talk or negative?  The food you eat each day, the caffeine, the sugar, it all adds up.  Yet we seem to either ignore these patterns or put changing them off to another day.  By making slight adjustments you begin a process which can be quite powerful to the body, mindset and motivation

This week I gently reflect, pick one thing you would like to improve for yourself.  Is it the negative self-talk, is it removing the sugar cravings? The 3pm energy low where you go straight for the coffee and chocolate can often be an indicator that there is depletion in the body.  Perhaps you would like to get more exercise but feel you don't have the time.

Whatever it is, pick one, do that consistently for 14 days before beginning your next one.  Please don't become disheartened if you don't always achieve the consistency.  Starting is the most important and empowered decision you will make.  Whether you succeed every day or not doesn't matter, it is better than never having started at all.  Positive self-talk is paramount, back yourself and your ability to create and live your greatest healthiest life.

Like many of the women I speak with, you will be amazed at how one so-called little thing ends up being the catalyst for a huge positive impact you create on your health.  The world is changing, women are being asked to stand empowered and rise each other up.  That empowerment begins with your own health and how you treat yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

If you missed my free e-book from last week's Blog and would like to see what it has to offer, here is the link click here -  Returning to You - A Woman's Guide to Empowering Health, to download, may it serve you well.

Have a beautiful week.
